預測到了2025年,全球食用魚的消耗量將增加21%達到178公噸,當中73%的增長來自亞洲,估計亞洲的海産消耗量將占全球總額的三分二。亞洲市場增長強勁且海産需求量大,拓展亞洲業務成爲國際企業的首要目標。
中国是世界最大的水产品生产国、消费国、进出口国之一,年消费量超过6000万吨。华东地區是我国最大的海鲜餐饮消费市场,年消费海鲜达837.88万吨。近年来,我国人均海鲜消费呈现上升趋势,2020年超过26公斤。城镇居民的水产品消费比重从过去的 23%提升至目前的 30%左右。我国海鲜餐饮消费的上涨势头迅猛,以海鲜为主题的餐饮业态不断融入大众消费。各地海鲜大排档已成为消费者外出餐饮的热门之选,而以海鲜自助餐厅、海鲜火锅和日式料理店等为代表的海鲜餐饮业态迅速成为流行趋势。
上海国际水产海鲜展(SSIA CHINA)是一个大型贸易展览会,了解中国水产市场的新动态,旨在为全球各地的海产供货商及买家提供一个交流平台,协助他们于上海、中国内地及亚太区市场发展业务,开拓商机、共创双赢。

It is predicted that by 2025 the consumption of global edible fish will increase by 21% to 178 metric tons of which 73% will come from Asia and the estimated consumption of Asia will account for three of the total world‘s total consumption of two. The growth of the Asian market is strong and the demand for seafood is large. Expanding Asia‘s business has become the primary goal of international enterprises.
China is the world‘s largest producer consumer importer and exporter of aquatic products with an annual consumption of more than 60 million tons. East China is the largest seafood catering consumption market in China with an annual consumption of 83788 million tons of seafood. In recent years China‘s per capita seafood consumption has shown an upward trend exceeding 26kg in 2020. The proportion of aquatic products consumption of urban residents has increased from 23% in the past to about 30% at present. China‘s seafood catering consumption is rising rapidly and the catering industry with seafood as the theme is constantly integrated into mass consumption. Local seafood stalls have become a popular choice for consumers to go out for catering and seafood catering formats represented by seafood cafeteria seafood hot pot and Japanese restaurants have rapidly become a popular trend.

1.填写《参展申请表》邮寄至组织单位。展位执行 “先申请,先付款,先安排”的原则;
2.申請展位後一周內將參展費用[50%(訂金)或全款]電彙或交至組織單位,余款于2025年8月1日前付清。參展商在彙出各項費用後,請將銀行彙款單發郵件至展會組織單位。
